Built by operators,
for operators.
Nexcadia is a US-based wholesale telecom carrier and contact center platform. We combine carrier-grade voice infrastructure, a full-featured dialer, and AI-powered voice services — built on a network we own and operate, exclusively in the United States.
The backstory.
Nexcadia was founded by two engineers and an operations strategist — together bringing 15+ years of high-volume call center infrastructure experience, alongside the organizational backbone to turn a technical platform into a real business.
We got tired of stitching together wholesale carriers, dialer platforms, compliance tools, and AI services from four different vendors — each with their own billing, their own support queue, and their own definition of "uptime." So we built what we needed: one network, one platform, one contract.
The technical side only holds together because the business side does too. Our third co-founder keeps everything running behind the scenes — from vendor contracts and compliance filings to onboarding workflows and finance operations. The kind of work that doesn't show up in a git commit but without which nothing ships on time.
Every product in the Nexcadia catalog solves a problem we ran into ourselves. That's not marketing copy — it's the only way we know how to build.
Deep VoIP roots
Founders with backgrounds in Asterisk/FreeSWITCH, VICIdial, and SIP carrier operations — not just software engineers who discovered telecom.
High-volume native
The platform architecture was designed from day one for millions of minutes per month. No retrofitting or duct tape when you scale.
Operator-grade support
When you contact Nexcadia support, you talk to people who have administered VICIdial clusters and managed carrier interconnects — not first-tier reps reading from a script.
Operations-first mindset
Our third co-founder owns the administrative core of Nexcadia — vendor management, compliance operations, finance, and the internal systems that make the business function. A company is only as solid as its back office.
Three co-founders. One platform.
Technical depth plus operational discipline — both are required to build infrastructure-grade software that actually holds up in production.

The operational backbone of Nexcadia. Owns vendor contracts, regulatory filings, onboarding processes, finance operations, and the internal systems that keep the business running without friction. Every customer-facing commitment is backed by her work behind the scenes.
Every byte stays in the US.
All servers, databases, media processing, and storage run exclusively in US-based data centers. No offshore hosting. No ambiguity about where your data lives.

What "US-only" means
No call processing, transcription, recording storage, or customer data is routed through or stored in non-US infrastructure. Not "US-primary" — US only. This matters for HIPAA, PCI, and TCPA compliance contexts.
How we operate.
Operator-built
Every feature in Nexcadia addresses a specific operational problem. We don't build from a product roadmap generated by a committee — we build from direct experience running infrastructure like yours.
Compliance-first
STIR/SHAKEN, TCPA, HIPAA, PCI, E911, CNAM, and the robocall mitigation registry are not afterthoughts. Compliance tooling is built into the core platform, not bolted on as an add-on.
US infrastructure only
We made an early architectural decision to run exclusively on US-based infrastructure. It's a constraint we chose deliberately — because it simplifies the compliance and data residency conversation for every customer we work with.
Transparent pricing
Every rate is published on our pricing page. Volume discounts are applied automatically, not negotiated on a case-by-case basis after a three-week sales process. Custom pricing for wholesale and enterprise is the exception, not the rule.
